1. Service
Selfmap offers self-development tests: a career-interest and work-personality questionnaire, and a timed pattern-reasoning challenge. Taking a test is free; the full written report (on screen and as a PDF) is a paid unlock.
Results are estimates for self-development. They are built on established public-domain research traditions, but they are not a clinically administered assessment, not a certified psychometric instrument, and not a hiring, admission or diagnostic tool. Do not use them to make decisions about other people.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Selfmap.
3. Plans and billing
Unlocking a report is a one-time payment processed by Stripe. It is not a subscription: there is no renewal, no trial that converts, and no recurring charge of any kind. The price is shown before you pay. If the report was not worth what you paid, email us within 14 days and we refund it.
4. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable after activation. Contact support for billing issues; we review them case by case.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service or use it to scrape, resell, or automate access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
Selfmap is provided "as is" for informational purposes, without warranties of any kind. We may update or change features without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selfmap and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Selfmap after changes constitutes acceptance.
